Miriam Rey Rejas has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Miriam started their career in 2006 as a Human Resources Technician at Starbucks Coffee Company, where they supported employee needs, conducted interviews, and ensured a positive work environment. In 2007, Miriam worked for ELIGE Soluciones de RRHH as a Technical Recruiter, and later joined ELIGE, Soluciones de Recursos Humanos as a Human Resources Consultant, responsible for recruitment processes. Since January 2017, they have served as the Head of People and Culture at intelygenz, overseeing talent development, strategy execution, and procedural improvement within the company.

Miriam Rey Rejas has a diverse education history. In 1999, they began their studies at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where they pursued a degree in Sociology. Miriam successfully completed their studies in 2004, earning a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. During this time, they developed a strong foundation in the field of Sociology.

Following their undergraduate studies, Miriam pursued further education in the area of Human Resources Management. From 2006 to 2007, they attended Universidad Complutense de Madrid once again, this time to pursue a Master's degree in Gestion de Recursos Humanos (Human Resources Management).

In 2010, they enrolled in the Lidera Habilidades program. This program aimed to enhance leadership skills specifically for intermediate management positions. Miriam'sparticipation lasted for a year, concluding in 2011.

In 2011, Miriam embraced a different field of study and attended Emotiva, Centro para el Cambio. During their time there, they completed a Master's degree in Coaching, specializing in Coaching, PNL (Neurolinguistic Programming), and Emotional Intelligence. Miriam'sstudies concluded in 2012.

Throughout their educational journey, Miriam Rey Rejas demonstrated a commitment to personal and professional development in various disciplines, including Sociology, Human Resources Management, Leadership, and Coaching.
