Kyle Bonner, PE, PMP

Kyle Bonner, PE, PMP has over 28 years of experience in the field of operations and project management. Kyle currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Intenna Systems Inc., where they oversee the P&L of all projects and leads a team of 12 project managers. Their responsibilities include establishing and implementing company policies, project management processes, quality control programs, and employee training programs. Prior to their current role, they served as the Director of Operations at Intenna Systems Inc. from 2011 to 2020.

Before joining Intenna Systems Inc., Kyle worked at Johnson Controls for 19 years, where they held various managerial positions. As a Regional Installation Manager, they led a team of eight project managers and ensured customer satisfaction and financial goal achievement. Kyle also provided PMO support to project managers starting on new projects. As a Project Executive/Senior Project Manager, they built a high-performance project management team and successfully managed a portfolio of 45 technology and energy projects, growing company revenue by 20%. Additionally, they served as a Project Manager/Project Engineer, leading a $5M portfolio of multiple projects and achieving excellent box scores for change order percentages and overall project profitability. Kyle started their career as a Design Engineer at Johnson Controls.

Kyle Bonner obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Widener University, where they attended from 1988 to 1992. Kyle then pursued a pending Masters degree in Business Engineering at Villanova University from 1995 to 1996. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including a Professional Engineering License from the Department of State Pennsylvania in January 2015, a General Radio Operators License (GROL) from the Federal Communications Commission in August 2013, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2008, and an MCSE 2000 certification from Microsoft in September 2001.
