Brian G. Rutherford

Brian G. Rutherford is an experienced project integrator currently at Intentional Churches since August 2025, specializing in simplifying complex processes. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at Leadercast, from April 2022 to August 2025, Brian oversaw comprehensive business operations and served as the primary author for the organization. Brian also held the position of Director of Content & Product Strategy at Leadercast, where scalable leadership products were designed and brand consistency was enhanced. As Lead Pastor at Christ's Church Guilderland from September 1996 to April 2022, significant strategic changes were guided through a trust-based leadership model. Brian's diverse background includes administrative roles, leadership training, and early experiences at Star Bank and Chick-fil-A-Franchise, all complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Bible/Biblical Studies from Cincinnati Christian University.
