Holli Rivera

Holli Rivera is the Founder and CEO of Intentional Philanthropy LLC, a position held since August 2010, where leadership is marked by strategic planning and foundation management for independent and family foundations. Prior experience includes serving as Managing Director at Arabella Advisors from October 2008 to August 2010, leading the development of family foundation client services and overseeing various operations. Additionally, Holli held two roles at Exponent Philanthropy from October 2001 to October 2008, including Director of Outreach & Development, where responsibility involved managing a comprehensive development plan, and Director of Educational Meetings, creating various educational programs for foundation members. Holli Rivera holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and International Economics from William & Mary, earned between 1987 and 1991.
