Justin Schaefer

Justin Schaefer is a Marketing Manager at Inteplast Engineered Films since July 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing branding, marketing strategy, content and social media marketing, email marketing, collateral design, lead generation, and trade show planning. Prior experience includes serving as a Marketing Specialist at IHOP from July 2016 to July 2020 and a Crew Chief for the Village of South Orange Board of Trustees for a brief period in late 2019. Justin also worked as a Student Market Researcher, where survey and focus group data analysis resulted in actionable recommendations. Further experience includes a Marketing Internship at First Looks Advertising Agency, leading SEO and script writing projects, as well as developing various marketing materials. Early in their career, Justin worked as a Counselor at Bridges to Learning Aftercare. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Business Management and Marketing from Seton Hall University, obtained in 2020.
