Heather Bernard

Heather Bernard is an accomplished communications and business development professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as a Communications Consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank since May 2023, Heather also holds the position of Business Development Executive in Jamaica since March 2020. Heather's notable past roles include Management Consultant at PYR Inc., Deputy Governor-General's Secretary, and Corporate Communications Specialist at the Jamaica Olympic Association. With a strong academic background, including an M.A. in International Relations from the University of Warwick and a B.A. in Spanish from the University of the West Indies, Heather's diverse expertise spans communications, business development, and organizational management.
