Jean Michel Baudoin is the current Chief Information Officer and General Manager of the Department of Information Technology at Inter-American Development Bank. Jean has held this position since September 2017.

Prior to their current role, Mr. Baudoin was the Head of IM Corporate Functions and Digital Enablement Airbus Americas Inc. from September 2010 to August 2021. In this role, they were in charge of developing and managing IM solutions for Airbus Corporate functions, including HR, finance, communication, procurement, and legals. Jean was also responsible for enabling transversal and digital solutions across Airbus North America (USA, Canada, Mexico).

Mr. Baudoin has a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Paris-Sud and a master's degree in business administration from INSEAD.
