Mafe Polini is a seasoned professional in digital communications and marketing with extensive experience in leading strategic initiatives. Currently serving as the Digital Communications Senior Specialist at the Inter-American Development Bank since March 2014, Mafe oversees the digital strategies for the organization's President and executive team and co-manages the digital corporate team. Previous roles include developing an award-winning measurement framework and leading digital strategies within the IDB Group, as well as consulting for various organizations. Mafe co-founded Seven Reasons Group in 2019 and has a background in communications coordination and digital strategy consultation from organizations such as the Pan American Development Foundation and Americas Forum. Mafe holds advanced degrees from prestigious institutions, including a Master's in Strategic Public Relations from The George Washington University and a recent online program in Digital Marketing from IE Business School.
