Mireya Cruz

Mireya Cruz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving in the role of SME Visas at the Inter-American Development Bank since July 2014, where oversight of G4 visa services is managed. Previous roles within the IDB include Talent Acquisition Associate, Talent Management Senior Analyst, and Talent Management Consultant, during which Mireya successfully improved internship program processes, recruiting an average of 150 interns yearly from a pool of over 5000 applications.
