Natalia Almeida Oleas is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in financial and corporate law. Currently serving as a Legal Specialist at the Inter-American Development Bank since April 2020, Natalia's prior role as a Senior Associate at Pérez Bustamante & Ponce involved significant contributions to high-profile projects, including advising on Ecuador’s first private bond issuance and assisting in major public-private partnerships. With a strong track record in sovereign bond issuances and project financing within the mining and renewable energy sectors, Natalia has collaborated with top financial institutions such as Credit Suisse, JP Morgan, and Deutsche Bank. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LLM) from Georgetown University and an MSc in Law & Finance from the University of Oxford, alongside a Bachelor of Laws from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador.
