Theo Laguna

Theo Laguna is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in public policy and engineering. Currently serving as a Business Partner Specialist at the Inter-American Development Bank since September 2019, Theo has previously held roles as a Business Partner Consultant within the same organization. Experience includes a position as a Research Assistant at the School of Public Affairs, American University, and a Private Sector Consultant at the Green Climate Fund. Prior roles include Policy Analysis Consultant at the World Bank Group and Senior Operations Engineer at Vale. Theo began a career as a Data Analyst at Grupo Equatorial Energia.
