Ursula Duran, CPA, is an experienced HR and accounting professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as HR Senior Specialist - Benefits Administration at the Inter-American Development Bank since March 2008, Ursula oversees employee benefits, relocation processes, HR records management, and time administration while leading a team to drive efficiency and compliance.
