Christian Pinheiro

Christian Pinheiro has extensive experience in technology management and IT governance, currently serving as Executive Tech Manager at Inter since November 2018. In this role, Christian oversees multiple teams focused on Automation, IT Processes, and Regulatory Affairs, and leads initiatives aimed at operational efficiency through RPA solutions. Christian's previous positions at Inter include IT Governance Senior Manager and Automation Tech Manager, where responsibilities included continuous improvement of ITSM processes and the establishment of a Center of Excellence in Automation. Christian has also contributed to human resources and process analysis roles at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and Banco Intermedium SA, alongside consultancy experience in corporate governance at Meta3 Services & Technologies. Christian holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and multiple graduate degrees in Information Technology Governance, Risk Management, Digital Law, and Finance, currently pursuing a Master's degree in Information and Communication Technology and Knowledge Management.
