Jonathan Soares

Jonathan Soares is an experienced professional in agile project management and process analysis, currently serving as a Scrum Master at Grupo Mult since June 2018. In this role, Jonathan focuses on implementing and disseminating the Scrum framework, utilizing Kanban for task management, and conducting process mapping and modeling. Jonathan has a strong background in analyzing functional and non-functional requirements, integrating systems, and documenting project needs and solutions. Prior to this, Jonathan worked as a Process Analyst at AeC, where responsibilities included mapping and improving processes using BPM management approaches. Jonathan’s career began at TOTVS, first as a Test Analyst and later as a Support Technician, where Jonathan executed various tests and provided support for multiple applications. Jonathan holds a postgraduate degree in Process Management and Business Analysis from IETEC and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Centro Universitário UNA.
