Mikhail Phillips

Mikhail Phillips is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in education and sports management. Currently serving as a Student Success Advocate at Broward College, Mikhail supports retention initiatives and develops programs to enhance student readiness and success. With a background in administrative roles, Mikhail has assisted academic leadership and organized educational activities. Additional roles include Ambassador for Inter Miami CF, Co-Owner and Head Coach of Agape United Football Club, and Site Director for the City of Aventura's Soccer Program, overseeing youth soccer programs and promoting player development. Mikhail has a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport and Recreation Management from Florida International University and an Associate's Degree from Broward College.
