Bill Davis

Bill started his career in the industry over 10 years ago as a Railcar Prepper, working his way up to an Assistant Terminal Manager overseeing mechanical, prepping, and switching operations. After spending 5 years as a Trainmaster with a class 1 railroad, Bill went back to work for a contractor as an Area Manager and Director of Operations to manage multiple switching, mechanical, and vehicle handling locations. In 2018, Bill joined Inter-Rail as the Chief Mechanical Officer, to oversee all of Inter-Rail Mechanical’s operations and currently holds the Vice President of Rail Operations role. Bill currently resides in Greensburg, IN, where he enjoys spending time with family, friends, playing golf and watching Cincinnati sports teams.
