Brian Dieckman has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Brian started their career at Sony DADC in 2002, where they held the position of Project Facilitator & Black Belt for over 12 years. In this role, they played a crucial role in project facilitation and process improvement. Following their tenure at Sony DADC, they worked at FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation as a Technical Sales Manager from 2014 to 2015. Currently, Dieckman is employed at Inter-State Studio & Publishing Co. Since joining in 2015, they have held various roles, including Operations Process Engineer, Engineering Manager, and currently as Quality Assurance Manager. In these roles, Dieckman has demonstrated their expertise in process transformation, continuous improvement, and achieving quality through accountability. Brian Dieckman earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Graphic Arts Technology & Management from the University of Central Missouri, where they studied from 1996 to 2001. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Industrial Technology, specializing in Printing and Packaging Technology, at Indiana State University from 2001 to 2003.

Additionally, Brian Dieckman obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt certification in June 2010, although the institution from which they earned this certification is unspecified.
