Carina Brito is an experienced tech recruiter specializing in recruitment process outsourcing and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Tech Recruiter II at AB InBev since June 2024, Carina is responsible for building the global Data Insights team and managing Data Science positions. At INTERA | Soluções de Recrutamento, Carina has held multiple roles, advancing from Talent Hunter I to Tech Recruiter II, where responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment processes, aligning job profiles with clients, conducting technical and behavioral interviews, and developing recruitment strategies across various technology sectors. Carina began a career in administration at CEPRED and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from UNEB, complemented by prior education at Colégio Sartre COC.
