Cristian Gajete Matías

Cristian Gajete Matías has a variety of work experience in different roles and companies. Cristian started their career as a Freelance Graphic & Product Designer in 2008, specializing in branding and communication. Cristian then worked at Digital Noise as a Digital Graphic Designer, developing innovative digital products. Cristian later joined Social Noise as a Digital Graphic Designer and Art Director, working on branding projects and promotional creatives for major brands. Cristian also worked as a Mentor of UI, UX, and branding at Ironhack and as a Product Design Advisor at Mr Hudson. Cristian co-founded Dadz, an online and physical store focused on giving a second life to children's items and was responsible for business planning and branding. Cristian also worked as a Product Design Advisor & Partner, Lead Designer, Project Manager & Partner, and Partner at Mindset, a digital transformation consultancy. Cristian currently holds the position of Head Of Design at Interacso. Additionally, they are a Tutor at UNIR - La Universidad en Internet, where they teach practicals in the Master's program for User Experience.

Cristian Gajete Matías has a diverse educational background. In 2009, they completed their Estudios Superiores de Diseño Gráfico at Escuela Superior de Diseño de Madrid, specializing in Graphic Design. Following this, in 2017-2018, they pursued a Postgraduate degree in Interaction Design and UX at the Digital Innovation Center. In 2022, Cristian attended Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR) for a short-term course on Complex Problem Solving. Currently, in 2022-2023, they are enrolled in Instituto Tramontana for a Programa Directivo in Product Management.
