Barry Rosen

Board Member & Co-founder at Interaction Institute for Social Change

Barry Rosen is an experienced leader in organizational strategy and capacity building, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Interaction Associates since February 2015, where responsibilities include refreshing company strategy and driving growth to enhance collaboration among leaders and teams. As a co-founder and board member of the Interaction Institute for Social Change, Barry has played a pivotal role in promoting collaboration skills across NGOs and social change networks. Previous roles include partner and leadership coach at ZOOM Collaborate, board director and executive advisor at Interaction Associates, and various leadership positions within the same organization, including President/CEO and Director of Training Practice. Early career experiences include working as a special assistant to the City Manager of Berkeley and directing an environmental decision-making program. Educational credentials include a Master's in City and Regional Planning from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Philosophy from Trinity College-Hartford.
