Pauline Vamos

Chairman at Interaction Disability Services

Pauline Vamos is currently the Chairman at Interaction Disability Services. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Executive Women (CEW), Decimal Software Ltd, and Moneytech Group Ltd. Pauline Vamos has also been a Board Member for the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA) and Mercer Superannuation Trust.

Pauline Vamos began their career in May 2017 with Decimal Software Ltd, a small ASX listed start up software house that enabled super funds to provide financial advice to their members in an efficient and compliant way. In December 2018, the company was sold and Pauline Vamos moved on to Moneytech Group Ltd.

In November 2018, Pauline Vamos was approached to Chair Freedom Insurance Group post Hayne Royal Commission. Pauline succeeded in placing the company into solvent member voluntary liquidation in February 2020.

During their time as Chairman of IMCA Australia, Pauline Vamos provided the CIMA Certification, ongoing high quality professional development, as well as a community for like minded people.

-Pauline Vamos has a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Bachelor of Law and Arts from Macquarie University.

-Pauline is experienced in corporate governance and has a strong interest in laws and history.
