Shilpa Harchandani

Shilpa Harchandani currently serves as the Regional Head of Talent Acquisition for India and APAC at Interactive Brokers, a position held since December 2018, with a progression through roles such as Recruitment Manager, Team Lead Recruitment, and Corporate Recruiter. Prior to this, Shilpa worked as an HR Consultant at Career Catalysts, focusing on senior and mid-level recruitment across various sectors. Shilpa gained initial experience as an HR Intern at L&T Infotech Limited and Punjab National Bank, complementing a strong educational background with an MBA in Human Resource from Vivekanand Education Society Institute of Management Studies and Research and a BBA from Tirpude Institute of Management Education.
