Johnny Dwiggins has extensive experience in program management and personnel oversight, currently serving as both Program Management and Hiring Manager and Deputy Program Manager at Interactive Government Holdings, Inc. since 2015. Prior to this role, Johnny Dwiggins held various positions with Military Personnel Services Corporation, including National Program Manager for the Employer Partnership of the Armed Forces and Executive Director for the North Carolina Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve. Additionally, Johnny Dwiggins managed customer services and production planning at RJR Packaging for nearly four decades, focusing on supply chain management. Johnny Dwiggins’ leadership roles have consistently involved program management, personnel training, and outreach efforts supporting military initiatives.
