Anna Clifford has extensive experience in HR and talent management. Anna is currently working at Interactive Investor as the Head of People, where they are responsible for talent acquisition, EVP development, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and wellbeing strategy. Prior to this, they worked at Vodafone in various roles, including Head of Talent and Youth Programmes and Senior HR Business Partner, where they focused on talent strategy, youth employment, and HR consulting. Anna also worked at EY as an HR Advisory Senior Consultant and at BAE Systems as an HR Business Partner, where they were involved in HR transformation and generalist HR functions.
Anna Clifford has a strong education history with a focus on human resource management and occupational psychology. Anna obtained their first degree, a BSc (1st), in Psychology from the University of Liverpool, which they attended from 2003 to 2006. Following this, they pursued a higher education and completed an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Liverpool John Moores University from 2007 to 2008. Later, from 2009 to 2012, they attended the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, where they earned a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
