James Oxtoby

James Oxtoby is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in user experience research and operations support. Currently serving as Senior Operations Support at the Care Quality Commission since July 2024, James previously held the role of User Experience Researcher at The Co-operative Bank plc from November 2021 to July 2024, where responsibilities included conducting in-depth investigations into user needs and experiences to improve digital products and services.
