Rafael Giratola

Rafael Giratola has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of IT and business development. Rafael started their career in 2010 as a researcher at the NearLab of Politecnico di Milano, where they worked on a European project focused on robotic neurosurgery. In 2011, they served as an IT consultant and software engineer at the Consulate of Brazil in Milan, where they contributed to automating and improving customer service processes. Rafael then joined Sopra Group as a product engineer, responsible for developing a customized ERP for a supermarket customer. In 2012, they moved to Almawave do Brasil, where they served as a product manager, overseeing the technological innovation area and pre-sales of products and solutions related to speech analytics. Giratola played a vital role in transforming the company into a more structured organization.
