Danette Craig

Danette Craig began their career in 1980 as an Accounts Payable Supervisor at Morton Thiokol Inc. Dynachem Division. In 1986, they moved to AST Research as a Marketing Programs Administration Manager and Accounts Payable Supervisor. In 1994, they joined Interactive Northwest, Inc. as President and General Manager. In this role, they were responsible for providing system integration services and best-in-class Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), and self-service applications. Danette also emphasized close collaboration with clients and partners to create high-quality, real-world solutions that reduce the cost of providing superior customer service. In addition, they held the role of Vice President and General Manager.

Danette Craig holds a BA in Management and Organizational Leadership from George Fox University. Danette also holds a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
