Sylvia Vidal has over seven years of experience in digital agency work, specializing in campaign and creative strategy. Sylvia has successfully executed urgent and authentic digital campaigns, managing teams of advertisers, writers, developers, and designers to mobilize donors and raise millions of dollars. Sylvia has also worked as a senior digital program manager, supporting nonprofit clients in executing smart digital strategies to raise awareness and critical funds. Prior to that, they served as a digital fundraising project manager, conceptualizing designs, writing digital content, and managing the implementation of campaigns for Bread for the World. Sylvia's previous experience includes working as a Municipal School Health Promoter with Peace Corps Guatemala, coordinating grassroots fundraising and youth engagement efforts for Share Our Strength | No Kid Hungry, and serving as a development coordinator for Earth Day Network. Sylvia began their career as a residential assistant at the University of Maryland.

Sylvia Vidal completed their Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Spanish from the University of Maryland in 2010.
