Leon Chandler

Leon Chandler is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Strategy and Transformation at Interactive, Australia’s largest privately-owned IT services company, since May 2019. In this newly established role, Chandler leads a high-caliber team in developing and executing strategic and transformation initiatives. Prior to this position, Chandler held various roles at Coriolis Consulting Group, including Business Unit Director, where responsibility included managing the Australian arm of a business transformation consultancy with notable clients such as Woolworths and Lion Dairy & Drinks. Earlier career experiences encompass project management and operational transformation at Applied Acumen Limited and Coriolis Consulting Group, as well as financial and operational management roles in the shipping industry. Chandler holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Kingston University, an MICS from the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers, and a BSc (Hons) in Maritime Business with Maritime Law from the University of Plymouth.
