Agne Tilunaite

Scientist Systems Biology at InterAx Biotech

Agne Tilunaite is a Scientist in Systems Biology at InterAx Biotech AG since January 2020, focusing on the development and optimization of parameterization approaches for reaction networks and estimating parameter uncertainty, along with creating mathematical models for G protein-coupled receptor signaling. Previously, Agne served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Melbourne, where research centered on spatio-temporal calcium dynamics in cardiac myocytes, developing stochastic mathematical models. Early in the career, Agne worked at the University of Nottingham as a Demonstrator, assisting undergraduate students in Engineering Mathematics, and as a Research Affiliate, creating MATLAB scripts for eye tracking data preprocessing. Agne holds a PhD in Mathematical Medicine and Biology from the University of Nottingham, alongside an MSc in the same field and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from Kaunas University of Technology.
