Natalia Kravetes

Natalia Kravetes is an experienced professional in agile transformation and product development, currently serving as Agile Transformation Lead at Interbanking since April 2008. In this role, Natalia is responsible for the implementation of agility projects and enterprise-wide OKRs through the Viva Goals tool. Previously, as Agile & Scrum Masters Lead, Natalia promoted agile culture within the Digital Office, aligning solution development with strategic objectives. Additionally, Natalia has held various positions focused on product design, project leadership, and quality assurance, demonstrating a solid background in both technical and managerial aspects of system analysis and implementation. Prior experience includes roles at Unisys and HSBC Argentina, providing second-level support across multiple platforms. Natalia holds a degree in Systems Analysis from Instituto Superior San Judas Tadeo.
