Valeria Czarnota has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Valeria is currently working as the Chief People Officer at Interbanking, where their responsibilities include leading the recruitment team and implementing strategies to attract top talent. Prior to this, they served as the Regional Head of Human Capital at Aivo, where they implemented the employer brand strategy and cultural transformation plan for the company. Valeria also worked as the HR Regional Director at Almundo, where they focused on implementing innovative HR practices and leading the digital and technological cultural transformation. Before that, they were the HR Manager at GShared Management - Grupo Clarín, where they were responsible for talent management, recruitment, and selection processes. Valeria began their career at LAN Airlines, where they held roles such as Head of Training & Development and Head of Talent Acquisition. Valeria also worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition at COTO CICSA, where they were responsible for recruitment and selection of staff and coordination of staff development plans.
Valeria Czarnota has a varied education history. In 2012, they attended the IAE Business School and completed a program focused on labor relations. In 2009, Valeria participated in a program called "Programa de Habilidades Gerenciales" at the Universidad de 'San Andrés'. Additionally, in 2002, they completed a postgraduate program in Strategic HR Management, with a specialization in Human Resources, also at the Universidad de 'San Andrés'. Valeria's primary degree is a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires.
