Blakely Denny is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Intercap Lending since October 2021, Blakely previously held the position of Corporate Counsel at BioFire Diagnostics, LLC from December 2018 to October 2021. Prior to this, Blakely practiced as an Attorney at Snell & Wilmer from 2011 to November 2018 and gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk in the Utah Attorney General's Office, specifically in the Children's Justice Division, from 2009 to 2010. Blakely also completed a Judicial Internship for Judge Bruce Jenkins at the Utah Federal District Court in 2009. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law (2008-2011) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Philosophy from Westminster University (2004-2008).
