Heather West has been working in the healthcare industry since 2008. Heather began their career as the Director of Human Resources at Community Hospital, Watervliet in 2008. In 2011, they took on the role of Executive Director, Clinics LHW at Lakeland Community Hospital, Watervliet. In 2014, they founded HRGlocal. In 2019, they became the Administrator at Glocal Services, Inc. and the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at InterCare Community Health Network.
Heather West completed a Graduate Certificate in Compliance from George Washington University in 2007, a Masters in Organizational Management from Spring Arbor University in 2009, and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Non-profit management from Judson University in 2005.
