Kirk Clove is the CEO of Intercede Health, Inc. Kirk has previously served as the President of Collaborative Health Systems, a subsidiary of Universal American, and as a Member of the Board of Directors for Isommune. Kirk has also been the Principal and Co-Founder of Vale Advisors and the Chief Financial Officer for both Individual and Small Group Health Plans at Blue Shield of California.

Kirk Clove has a master's degree in business administration from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
