Adilson Caldeira

Adilson Caldeira is an experienced professional in the cement industry, currently serving as Gerente de fábrica at InterCement since April 2015. Prior to this role, Adilson held the position of Gerente de fábrica at Votorantim Cimentos from March 2002 to December 2013, and worked as Coordenador de qualidade at Holcim Brasil between January 2000 and February 2002. Adilson also contributed to Votorantim Cimentos as Coordenador de produção from March 1992 to December 1999. Adilson graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Maringá, where studies were completed from 1986 to 1991.
