Andrew Genecki, CCP, GRP has a diverse work experience in compensation and rewards roles. Andrew started their career at Sanofi in 2000 as a Compensation Analyst and worked there until 2004. In 2005, they returned to Sanofi and took on various roles, including Compensation Manager, HR Business Partner, and Sr Compensation Manager. From 2014 to 2019, they served as the Director Compensation & Rewards at Sanofi. In 2019, Andrew joined Intercept Pharmaceuticals as a Director Compensation and continued in that role until 2022. Currently, they are working as the Director Compensation at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. Andrew's expertise in compensation and rewards, along with their extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, make him a valuable asset to any organization.

Andrew Genecki attended West Virginia University from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics. During the same period, they also pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Labor and Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management at West Virginia University.
