Kevin Anglim

Kevin Anglim has a diverse work experience that includes roles in compensation and consulting. Kevin started their career as an Assistant Analyst/ Development Researcher at Hamilton College Communications & Development Dept. in 2011, where they worked until 2016. From 2016 to 2019, Kevin worked at Semler Brossy Consulting Group, starting as an Associate Consultant and progressing to become a Senior Associate Consultant. Kevin then joined Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp. as a Senior Analyst, Compensation in 2019 and later transitioned to Vir Biotechnology, Inc. In their current position at Vir Biotechnology, Kevin holds the title of Senior Manager, Compensation.

Kevin Anglim attended Hamilton College from 2011 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics. In 2015, they also completed a Credential of Readiness program at Harvard Business School Online. Prior to that, Kevin attended Wilmington Friends School from 2007 to 2011, completing the International Baccalaureate program. In addition to their formal education, Kevin obtained a certification in Leading without Formal Authority from LinkedIn in 2021.
