Chief People Officer at Intercity

Christina Pendleton has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Christina began their career in 2009 as an Administrator, serving as a Recruitment Assistant at Atkins in Birmingham, UK, and later as a Motor Claims Consultant at Allianz Insurance in Brisbane, Australia. In 2014, they joined Intercity Technology Ltd, where they held various roles including HR Advisor, Senior HR Advisor, People Manager, Head of People and Engagement, and currently as the Chief People Officer. Christina'stenure at Intercity Technology Ltd started in 2014 and has continued to the present.

Christina Pendleton obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. Christina later pursued a CIPD Human Resource Management Advanced Diploma (Level 7) from Solihull College, completing it from 2014 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Christina has obtained several certifications. In 2023, they achieved the Best Companies World Class Manager certification from Best Companies. In the same year, they also received the Level 5 Award in Leadership & Management from ILM. In 2022, Christina obtained the FAQ L3 Adult Mental Health: Workplace First Aider Qualification from St John Ambulance. In 2022, they also earned the 1MM Mentoring Certificate of Achievement from One Million Mentors. Prior to these achievements, Christina obtained the Best Companies Certified 3 Star Manager and Best Companies 3 Star Accredited Manager certifications in 2021 and 2020, respectively.
