Bela Balde

Bela Balde is the Head of People at InterCloud. Prior to joining InterCloud, Balde worked as a Chargée de Ressources Humaines at OPEN from October 2016 to April 2017. In this role, they were responsible for recruitment, integration, employee follow-up, and training. Balde was also involved in various projects, such as the development of an AMOA community within their business unit, and the creation and implementation of a employee retention program.

Bela Balde holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from IGS Paris and a Bachelor's degree from Université Sorbonne Nouvelle.
