Hazem Elgabry is currently an Instructor at the National Telecommunication Institute (NTI) since March 2024 and has been serving as a Technical Consultant at Intercom Enterprises since February 2022, where responsibilities include developing a comprehensive understanding of ECM products and addressing customer issues in alignment with company objectives.
