Anastasiya Fedoruk has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Anastasiya began their career in 2007 as an English Lecturer at Moscow State University of Environmental Engineering. Anastasiya then transitioned to work as a Search Quality Support Specialist at Rambler&Co, where they reviewed website content and assisted users with search-related issues. In 2011, Anastasiya joined Yandex as a Search Support Specialist and English Translator, where they were responsible for various translation tasks and supported projects such as Yandex.Translate and International Search. Anastasiya also worked as a Customer Support Specialist (night shifts) at Readymag, providing assistance to customers during nighttime hours. Moving forward, they joined Activision Blizzard as a Localization QA Tester, ensuring the quality of video games by testing and identifying linguistic and functional bugs. Prior to their current role, Anastasiya worked at Zendesk as a Customer Support Advocate, providing assistance to customers until 2019. Since 2019, they have been working as a Customer Support Specialist at Intercom.
