Deepina (Dee) Kapila is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and technology strategy. Currently serving as the Global Head of Scaled and Strategic Programs at Intercom since June 2025, Deepina previously held significant roles at Miro, including Global Head of Scaled Customer Experience and Global Head of Customer Education, where responsibilities encompassed leading teams to enhance customer adoption and education for over 80 million users worldwide. Deepina also contributed to the growth of women's leadership as a member of Chief from December 2022 to December 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Product, Technology Strategy & Enablement at Visa, and leading product design services at Funsize. Deepina holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Arts in Digital Media from Texas State University.
