Ian Knight Jr. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Ian currently works as an Account Executive at Intercom since May 2022. Prior to this, Ian worked at A10 Networks, Inc. from January 2017 to May 2022, first as an Inside Sales Renewal Technician IV and later as a Customer Success Sales Specialist. Ian gained experience in sales, customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing complete solutions.
Before joining A10 Networks, Ian worked at AT&T/Clearchoice Mobility as a Retail Sales Consultant from November 2015 to December 2016. During this time, they sold wireless, entertainment, and home security services, while also providing exceptional customer service and troubleshooting technical issues for various device platforms.
Ian's earlier experience includes working at Google via Adecco. From May 2014 to October 2015, they served as a Google Express Fraud Investigator, investigating customer accounts for fraudulent activity and blocking users involved in coupon abuse cases. Ian also worked as a Customer Service Representative for Google Express during this time.
Prior to that, from April 2011 to April 2013, Ian worked as a Google {X} Operations Field Lead/Trainer, training over 100 employees on proprietary software for data capture and extraction. Ian also communicated with onsite personnel to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Ian Knight Jr. has pursued higher education at the University of Phoenix, where they obtained a degree in Small Business Management & Entrepreneurship in the field of Business Administration and Management. Ian furthered their education at the same university with a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree in Business Administration and Management. Additionally, Ian has obtained several certifications, including "Beating Procrastination" from LinkedIn in January 2023, a "Small Business Management & Entrepreneurship Certificate" from the University of Phoenix in February 2017, a "Duolingo Spanish Fluency: Beginner (Estimated)" certificate from Duolingo in May 2016, and a "Jim Russell Defensive Driving Certificate" in May 2011.
