Kristina Bidovec has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kristina started their career as a Model at LA Models from 2000 to 2008. In 2008, Kristina founded and served as the Founder & CEO of Grajske Dobrote, a cupcake bakery in Slovenia. Kristina successfully established a trusted brand, managed retail stores, distribution, and corporate orders. Kristina received unpaid media coverage, including appearances in Cosmopolitan and nationally-televised Good Morning show.
From 2009 to 2012, Kristina worked as the Lead Marketing Manager at Union of Slovene Organic Farmers, where they led a nationwide marketing campaign. In 2012, they interned as a Product Manager at Vox.io and in 2013, they worked as a Product Marketing Manager, MBA Intern at Mashery (later acquired by Intel).
In 2014, Kristina joined Celtra as a Data Analyst & Project Manager, where they worked until 2017. Kristina then moved to Intercom, starting as a Data Analyst / Data Scientist and progressed to the role of Data Analytics & Data Science Manager. From 2023, they currently hold the position of Principal Data Scientist at Intercom.
Kristina Bidovec began their education at Santa Monica College from 2004 to 2006, where they pursued a field of study in Business and Psychology. Kristina then transferred to UCLA and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Economics from 2006 to 2008. Later on, they attended the UCLA Anderson School of Management from 2012 to 2014, earning their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree. In 2015, Bidovec enrolled in the International Technological University (ITU) to pursue a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Engineering Management, which remained unfinished as their education history does not provide an end year for that program.
