Customer Support Specialist Tier 2 at Intercom

Lisa Bermingham has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 at SAP as an IT Helpdesk Support. Lisa then moved on to become a Finance & Controlling Application Support Specialist at SAP from July 2012 to April 2015. In 2015, Lisa joined Squarespace as a Customer Operations Advisor, and they held this role until April 2019. During their time at Squarespace, Lisa also participated in the Advisor Exchange Program, where they proposed and implemented a productivity project in the Dublin office and successfully piloted the program in the Portland office, resulting in significant improvements in productivity. Most recently, Lisa has been working at Intercom since July 2019, initially as a Customer Support Specialist and currently as a Customer Support Specialist Tier 2 since January 2021.

Lisa Bermingham obtained a Bachelor of Science Honours in Science in Computing from Technological University Dublin between the years 2006 and 2010. In addition, they earned a certification in "Delivering a world-class customer support experience" from Intercom in January 2022.
