Samantha Havlicek has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Samantha began their career as a Cashier at Five Guys Enterprises in 2010, where they excelled in customer service and financial transactions. Samantha then worked as a Steward at BGSU Oaks Dining Hall from 2013 to 2015, providing exceptional service to students and effectively communicating with different cultures.

In 2015, Samantha joined Outback Steakhouse as a Server, where they monitored the dining room, answered customer inquiries, and made additional item suggestions to increase sales. Samantha further honed their customer service skills as a Manager and Server at Girl in the Park from 2018 to 2019. In this role, they delivered excellent service, fostered guest relationships, and developed strategic marketing plans to exceed sales and profit goals.

Samantha's experience in the hospitality industry continued at Barcocina, where they held the role of Manager, Bartender, and Server from 2019 to 2022. During their time there, they spearheaded marketing operations, managed budgets for events, and enhanced customer outreach through social media strategies.

Samantha also has valuable experience from their time in the Walt Disney World Disney College Program in 2017, where they developed time-management, responsibility, and leadership skills. Samantha successfully managed multiple tasks and worked well under pressure.

Most recently, Samantha joined Intercom as a Customer Support Specialist in 2022.
