Allan L. Levine Jr. has over 40 years of experience in the field of electrical engineering, with a strong focus on system design and communications. Currently a Senior Systems Designer at Interconnect Systems International, LLC since February 2010, Allan has developed numerous FPGA NIC cards and integrated advanced interfaces. Previous roles include Senior Field Applications Engineer at Vmetro, where technical support and customer design assistance were provided; Senior Communications System Designer at Aerovironment, responsible for a key digital wireless communication system; and Senior Communications Designer at Valence Semiconductor, where an 802.11a baseband transceiver ASIC was developed. Allan also served as Senior Digital ASIC Designer at Extreme Networks, contributing to high-speed backplane interface ASICs, and as Senior Design Consultant at Cadence Design Systems, focusing on system design methodologies. Allan started a distinguished career at Raytheon Missile Systems as a Senior Lead Design Engineer, leading the design of communication systems and ASIC components. Allan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara.
