Caroline Wilmot is an accomplished Spa Director with extensive experience in luxury spa operations and management. Currently serving as the Spa Director at mySpa, InterContinental Miami since April 2017, Caroline oversees all aspects of spa operations, revenue management, sales and marketing, recruitment, team training, and community relations. Previously, Caroline held the position of Spa Director at Playa Largo Resort and Spa, where responsibilities included developing a new luxury spa concept, creating the spa menu, and assembling a skilled team focused on guest service. Caroline's career also includes roles as Membership Director at The Spa at Trump in Chicago, where membership sales and community outreach were paramount, and Assistant Club Manager at Holmes Place Health Club, contributing to the brand's launch in Chicago. Caroline's background includes early experience in fitness with Carnival Cruise Line.
