Glenn Sampert, CHA, CAM, currently serves as the General Manager at InterContinental Miami, a position held since February 2020. With an extensive career in hotel management, Glenn has held senior roles such as Regional Vice President of Hotel Operations at HEI Hotels & Resorts and General Manager at iconic properties including The Liberty Hotel, The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa, and Sheraton Nassau Beach Resort & Casino. Glenn's leadership experience encompasses managing all aspects of hotel operations, strategic planning, and fostering owner relations. Academic qualifications include a Certified Hotel Administrator credential from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute and specialized leadership training from Cornell University.
